Temperature Mappings
After completing the initial IQ, OQ, and PQ services on your freezers, incubators, or other temperature controlled equipment, Mesa can perform an annual or semi-annual temperature mapping of the equipment. This ensures that the equipment is still operating with the same certainty as the day it was first put into service.
Annual Service, Calibration, PM and Data Migration Agreements
To receive maximum benefit from your Mesa Labs system, we offer annual service agreements. With these agreements, you can feel confident that your system will always perform at its best. Service is provided by trained Mesa experts.
AmegaView Service Contract Qualification
A Service Contract option includes our 24/7 phone and online technical support, warranty on Mesa parts, and three on-site event service calls per year.
An Annual OVIC option covers Mesa technicians going on-site once per year to perform a full system operational verification and input calibration. Software updates are included.
Optional yearly Calibration or Preventive Maintenance (PM) of your AmegaView system as alternatives to a full OVIC are available to fit your budget and less regulated requirements for your system.

The optional Annual Support Plan includes our 24/7 phone and online technical support, warranty on parts and software updates.
CheckPoint also offers Snap-calibration services for probes.

Data Migration
Over time, servers can grow old or need upgrading, so changes need to be made in order to keep up with new technology and software. Your CMS may require data migration as part of this upgrade. Mesa offers optional data migration services for our factory certified technicians to go on-site at your facility or remotely work with your IT personnel to perform the migration. We then execute a protocol to verify the migration was successful and supply you with documented results in case they should be required as part of an audit, or to verify the system is still operating smoothly.

With Mesa, you get more than just a Continuous Monitoring System (CMS). You get a partner. From the very start, one of our dedicated Project Managers (PMs) is assigned to you and your team to ensure that the installation process flows smoothly and efficiently. Your PM is in charge of coordinating the details, starting with a full interview during our pre-installation process to identify the equipment high/low limits, system user information, and more, to build the foundation of a successful CMS. Calibration Services
NIST-traceable Calibrations are performed in Mesa’s fully accredited ISO 17025 calibration lab located in Lakewood, CO – Mesa’s headquarters and site of medical device and quality assurance equipment manufacturing. Mesa Labs’ system components are manufactured by our certified technicians and have a proven track record with systems in the field for well over a decade. When you buy our system, you work directly with the manufacturer, a Mesa trained and certified technician, and you are connected with a large Mesa support staff. Your system will be manufactured, installed, calibrated and maintained by factory trained Mesa employees, eliminating the need for costly third party companies.
